Senator Dibble Speaks
Sen. D. Scott Dibble, Chair of the Minnesota Senate Transit Subcommittee, gave the luncheon address for the 13th International HOV/HOT Systems Conference in Minneapolis on September 8, 2008. Sen. Dibble talked about how he got involved in transportation issues and gave his thoughts on congestion pricing and HOT lanes.
